Fees must be paid by the 7th of each month from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. if 7th happens to be a holiday, fee would be realized on the next working day without fine.
After 7th of every month a late fee of Rs. 30 will be charged. In case the fee of ward is not realized upto 20th of every month, he/she will not be allowed to sit in the class.
No reduction of fees is made for broken period of attendance.
No cash fee should be given to any person, other than in office. In case of loss, the school shall not be responsible.
Monthly dues for 12 months are to be paid in 9 installments. Fees for the month of Dec., Jan. and Feb. should be paid in advance together with the fee of Sep., Oct. and Nov. respectively.
All dues should be cleared by 5th of December positively otherwise the ward will not be allowed to sit in the examination.
